Sofia, a Ukrainian teenager, dreamed of pursuing a career where she could fulfill her potential, but the path forward was uncertain.
Sofia’s aunt noticed the girl was having difficulty with this important decision, and suggested Sofia attend several career guidance sessions. Anxious for help, Sofia gladly agreed, and we paired her with a psychologist specially trained in this area. Sofia enthusiastically pursued a guided journey of self-discovery, with excellent results.

"All modern teenagers dream of earning a lot of money. But if you ask them how they will achieve this feat, at best you will get babble about business, blogging, and YouTube channels. It is important for them to find their niche, where their soul lies, and psychological testing can be of great value. For Sofia, hidden problems surfaced, natural abilities were revealed, and issues to work on were identified. Perhaps most importantly, the psychologist asked Sofia to talk about how she felt--her hopes and fears, her passions, and what made her heart sing! They discussed the pros and cons of various career tracks, including market demand and educational requirements. Sofia was tasked with researching three potential professions to determine which one seems best. It's impossible to know how things will ultimately work out, but the process was incredibly positive and beneficial."
