For the third year in row, the Jews of Ukraine are celebrating Yom Kippur under the shadow of war. Despite their suffering, they remain strong and hopeful for better days to come.
During this holiest of holidays, please remember the millions of Jews in Ukraine, in Israel, and around the world, who continue to endure unimaginable tragedies. We also remember the compassion and generosity of people throughout the world who provide aid and assistance to those in need.
We appreciate and honor the many individuals who put the well-being of others before themselves, and who work tirelessly to support those who are less fortunate. We pray that in the next year we will hear only good news.
