Stretching the Dollar in Ukraine: $300 Worth of Goods for Just $100

JUNE 5TH 2023

After more than 466 days of war, the people of Ukraine are in dire need of basic supplies including hygiene items, household supplies, bed linens, and much more — even toys for the kids!  Thanks to a wonderful American non-profit organization, World of Giving, we are able to provide more than $100,000 worth of critical items, at a cost of just $33,000 to cover shipping.   While it seems too good to be true, it is made possible through the relationships World of Giving has with various manufacturers and retailers who donate large quantities of goods to help people in need.  World of Giving and JRNU have been working together throughout the war to supply Ukrainians with food, clothing, first aid kits, and much more.

Rabbis, staff and volunteers are arranging local events in cities across the country, to distribute the items in an orderly fashion and ensure every household is included.  Our work continues each day, saving lives and restoring hope.

Together we Save Lives and Restore Hope!
