Teachers in Ukrainian Jewish schools received a boost from the Israel Trauma Coalition, who sent experts from JReady, a program of the Jewish Agency, to conduct a resilience workshop for 30 principals and administrators.
The workshop tackled some of the most pressing issues facing educators today including the mental state of students, teachers, and parents, useful tools to navigate challenging times, coping with stress and enhancing well-being, addressing concentration problems caused by disorders, and empowering teachers to handle emergencies.
