Over the past few days, the people of Ukraine have endured some of the most severe attacks of the war. Ships, planes and long-range bombers launched missiles and drones towards cities across the country, resulting in death and destruction. In Kryvih Rih, 19 people were killed including 9 innocent children. More than 70 people were injured including a baby just 3 months old.
JRNU leaders, staff, and volunteers are working tirelessly to attend to the needs of the people, providing assistance of all types. We continue to ensure people have food, medical and mental health care, as well as supporting schools, children's homes, and senior citizens. We are also helping those who have been forced to flee their homes, arranging for housing and meals.
