The whole city is in shelters - at the orphanages, everywhere! I can't remember anything like this; it's crazy! One of my friends and his little boy, it's a miracle they survived. Slowly, slowly we are able to see what has happened. Their apartment building was hit, the whole yard is shelled, and the house is uninhabitable."
News reports indicate that one person was killed and at least 22 were injured in the attack on Odessa, including 4 children.
